Welcome to Din.ie. By purchasing a 444 Membership or any products or services through this website, you agree to the following terms.
444 Membership
444 Membership is offered as a limited collector edition membership.
Only 444 memberships will ever be made available, each associated with a numbered edition.
Membership may include digital and physical collectible elements, which may include:
- Hand-signed numbered DVD
- Numbered NFT collectible
- Signed certificate
- Digital publications and future member benefits as described at the time of purchase
Membership benefits may evolve over time.
Orders and Delivery
Physical and digital items included in memberships are delivered according to the offer described at purchase.
Delivery times may vary, particularly for limited editions, handmade items or pre-release materials.
NFTs
NFTs offered through this project are artistic digital collectibles and are not financial products, securities or investment products.
For members purchasing through traditional payment methods, NFTs may be delivered manually by wallet transfer (airdrop) following purchase.
For collectors minting directly through Manifold, minting conditions and blockchain transaction requirements may apply.
Collector Care
Each 444 membership is conceived as a complete collector edition consisting of digital and physical elements.
Collectors are encouraged to preserve accompanying physical materials, including numbered DVDs and certificates, as part of the integrity and provenance of the complete edition.
If ownership of an NFT is transferred in the future, the complete matched set may hold greater appeal for collectors.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Din.ie does not store payment card information.
Refunds
Due to the limited-edition and digital nature of certain products, some purchases may be non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.

Intellectual Property
All music, images, videos, writings, designs and creative works on this website remain the intellectual property of Denis Martin O’Sullivan unless otherwise stated.
Ownership of an NFT does not transfer copyright unless explicitly stated.
Limitation of Liability
Reasonable efforts are made to ensure accurate information and delivery of products and services, but no guarantees are made regarding uninterrupted website availability or third-party platforms.
