Biography
Denis "Din" O' Sullivan born in Cork city, Ireland, 1967.
Grew up in Killarney, Co. Kerry until 1985.
This year is 2026 - "Season 60"...
I turned 59 in January and since then I published an ebook of photos called "Din Pics", celebrated 2 years learning to play flamenco guitar in Vélez-Málaga, Spain (video currently under construction) and launched a new membership on my website in preparation for a planned return to Berlin after 16 years.
I am updating my solo live "Projections" show for the trip to Berlin but what I'm really looking forward to is going to the open mics there. It's been 20 years since the Fun Club open mics in Cork in 2006 when I was cutting my teeth as a singer songwriter and I miss that vibe, doing a few songs, hearing others do their thing, making new friends and connections, the natural way.
At the end of the day life is what you make of it and in it.
It all started 43 years ago when I was sweet 16...
