After 16 years I am finally returning to Berlin!
In 2010 I spent 5 magical and mental months living on Karl Kunger Strasse on the east side.
During that time I performed in venues like Artliners, UFA Fabrik but my favourites were the jams at places like RAW, the squat parties & on the boats on the river Spree. Good memories! I also filmed and photographed while I was there, see my video “T.I.S. (Things I’ve Seen)” which contains video clips filmed in Berlin in 2010. In 2014 “T.I.S.” was selected at the IndieCork Film Festival.
This time I return with a whole new bag of tricks!
In 2015 I performed my first “Projections” show live in “The Pav”, Cork and here I am almost 11 years later updating the show for Berlin.
This video is a collage of clips from one of the last “Projections” shows I did in The Carnegie Theatre, Kenmare, Co. Kerry, Ireland in 2022.
Having just spent the past 2 years living in Spain learning to play flamenco guitar, that will now also become part of my “Projections” show. I also visited Egypt in 2025 so there will also be an Egyptian element added eventually.
