Din City is an immersive, interactive 3D website experience combining gaming and wordpress technologies to give the user a first person experience to explore the various destinations in Din City.
Once loaded the visitor can wander freely around the 8 individual islands.
The idea for “Din City” is actually 44 years old. It came from a project we were given in that computer class back in 1982. There were no graphics or sound or colour available to us back and certainly no internet or AI for that matter so if you saw the game “Battlezone” back in the day then that’s the kind of graphics we we dealing with and also it was really old and slow technology. But to us back then this was the future, science fiction come to life. The powers that be thought it was just a passing fad, a gimmick, How wrong they were.
Witnessing the evolution of technology since then has been nothing short of mind blowing and now we have AI which has opened up a whole new universe to me.
