In 2015 I performed my first live solo “Projections” show in “The Pav”, Cork in my homeland of Ireland. Since then the show has grown and evolved. The last “Projections” show I performed was in Kerry in 2022. This is a video of clips from that show. I planned to return to Berlin this year after 16 years but it just didn’t happen (yet).

“Din City” happened instead, completely unexpected, unplanned but very welcome. As for Berlin there’s always next year yet no guarantee of tomorrow so live in the moment but plan for the future for you never know what’s coming next. That has always been my experience. 

That being said with every passing year I add more and more new material into the mix and now I have 2.5 years of learning to play flamenco guitar, my experience here in Spain and also the tour in Egypt last year which still sits on the shelf alongside my memoirs waiting to be edited, waiting to be finished but nothing is ever finished is it? I look forward to touring my show one day, that is my life’s dream, to travel the world, film and photograph the world, make videos, write songs about the world and project those experiences back to the world in my way as I do.

That is my journey. 2027, the year I turn 60, will be the year my touring begins in earnest! I can feel it! 😀
